Our Story
From Downtown Massillon to the World
It all began in 1955 in downtown Massillon, Ohio, with a simple vision: to craft meaningful recognition pieces that stand the test of time. As demand for our work grew, so did we. In 1987, we moved into our 25,000-square-foot facility and workshop in North Canton — giving us the space to expand our showroom, embrace new technologies, and serve clients across Ohio, the country, and the world.
Today, our team continues that same mission: make it easy for you to recognize people well—with a smooth path from design proof to delivery and a finished piece you'll be proud to present.

Our Craftsmanship
Art in Stainless Steel
At the core of our business is our world-renowned Art in Stainless Steel technology. Massillon Plaque's own 16-step photo-electroplating process permanently adheres graphics onto stainless steel.
We can reproduce high-resolution graphics of the finest detail, including half-tone photographs. By electroplating nickel and copper onto stainless steel, our graphics never crack, chip, peel or fade. They are permanently sharp and easy to read, even from a distance.
